This successful cranberry farm supplies berries to Ocean Spray in addition to the local residents. The farm is located at 4532 Yellow Point Road which is a 10 minute drive from Evening Cove Breakfast Inn. The festival will run on June 23rd from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Proceeds for the day's event will be donated to the B.C. cancer society. Jenny has a particular affinity to cranberries as that was her favourite fruit when she grew up in Manitoba. High bush cranberries grew in great abundance and her Mom would make cranberry jam and jelly. For more information on the festival call 245-5263 and enjoy the day!
